Dead Battery

Hello all

I've searched the forum but can't find an answer to this; even when on Ground power, or APU Gens, my battery goes dead after about five-ten mins and despite everything looking live, the background electrical hum stops and I can't start the engines.  Undecided

Any ideas?

PS Happy new year to you all.
