Hello
I was flying when i got an IRS fault i tried to allign it again but it kept going back to fault how can i fix this?

Before you align the IRS, go to the FMC, on the IDENT page, there is a button that says POS INIT. Push it, then there is a button that is labeled GPS POS click the button to the right of that, now the one directly below it. Now you can correctly align the IRS.
