Hello everybody, a couple of days ago I read about "The 767 long haul and etops guide". Well, I've been looking for it so far and it seems it doesn't exist anymore! could somebody help me? do you know where i could find it? I really would like to have it, and if it doesn't exist anymore, could someone send it to me?
