How can i downgrade my 727-100 aircraft to a older version that works better than the current one. I seriously cant be bothered reloading my aircraft every time i want to fly.

You can assign a key combination to the reload aircraft function of FSX.  This makes it take all of 2 seconds to accomplish.

I don't think you can. If you bought an earlier version AND kept the installer. Install that.
