	Can the 707 product be activated by e-mail or on Captain Sims website from an online computer and transferred over to an offline computer. I have no internet at home but I can download from the library. Please reply.

	When you install the 707, it will ask you to activate it, as you know. There are two ways to activate it, one is online, the other is offline for computers that don't have an internet connection. Select the offline activation and follow the instructions. You will need to something like a flash drive (usb stick). The instructions are easy to follow, so its pretty easy to do. Mark
