1) Did you download and try the demo first? It needs to be completely uninstalled before installing the 707-300.
2) Is SP2/Acceleration installed? This is a part of the minimum specifications needed to use the 707-300.
3 ) Try reinstalling it (use the repair option). Make sure, if using Vista or Windows 7, to install it as the administrator.

If you still have the problem after trying those, I'll give you some other ideas that might get it working.

Lets work on getting the 707-300 working first (see my reply to your first post), it could be a part of the same problem because many of the gauges used in the expansion Models use the gauges in the CS_B707-300\panel folder. So if we get them working, we could wind up getting the gauges and icons for the Expansion models working at the same time.

Hi CS team
Same for me I've just purchased B707-300 base pack (csx701_1300)  (no demo before) run FSX acc pack win xp pro.
1/All gauges are visible but not working (speed, heading, etc.)
2/no landing gear appears though the landing arm is moving
3/ not all the simicons displayed even with shift 1
I uninstall and reinstall, deactivate antivirus with no results!
Its the first time I see these strange behaviours since I use your product. Usually all is working so well!
Please I need your help !
Thanks a lot
Phil

Wild guess here...have you downloaded and installed an expansion pack, without first installing the base pack?

I doubt that it is the product, which worked "out of the box" for me and no doubt hundreds of others.
If your installation is not at fault, I wonder if perhaps the model may be too much for your PC or your FSX settings are perhaps too low?
Also a wild guess, no offence intended or implied to either of you.

Regards,
Nick

Thanks,

You might want to uninstall it, clean the x701 (x702, x703 & x704 for the Expansion Models) registry entry (see KB#685 for instructions), then reinstall the 707 Base Pack and Expansion Models(s).

If the problem is still there, get new links and download them again and install using the new downloads. To get new links:

Check-in to Your Profile > Select product > Extended Download Service > Get New Links

Hope this helps.

Hi:
I tried all of what you suggested so I reformatted my H drive and started over  Sad
1.So I have not a fresh copy of FSX, Accelerator, SP1, SP2
2. I installed the 707 base model and the expansion only
There are 2 gauges that do show up but I cannot get nothing from the View menu as of yet?
Frustrating for sure but I hope it can be resolved.
Thanks,
