Mod TAT Gauge

I've create a simple Total Air Temperature (TAT) gauge. This is needed to calculate correct EPR during climb.

http://rapidshare.com/files/338769344/TAT.rar

Any comments or modifications let me know.

Javier

EDIT. Now  the gauge shows correct TAT.
EDIT 2. Check that the window size where the gauge will be showed, fit's it. I put it under [Window 03] so need to modify:

size_mm=427,130

That's great -- you beat me to it!

But I think this will give you the ambient outside temperature and the charts reference TAT or total air temperature.  Essentially the outside air gets heated by friction on entering the engine resulting in higher temperatures as you speed up, which is TAT. The MS variable is TOTAL_AIR_TEMP .  You can calculate TAT if you know your speed and the outside temperature, but it's a lot of extra math.  Easier just to use a gauge showing TAT.

For those of you that are not able to see anything after putting the tat gauge, you need to change the window size under the panel.cfg. It should be something like:

[Window03]
size_mm=427, 130
