You are absolutely right, you can have both. There's absolutely no reason other than having a monopoly over everything they sell, and squeezing every dollar from every product. It's just that simple... you don't see any other dev doing this, because they're worth more than $5 livery packs each week. another company only sell packs on there because thats how the marketplace works, if it were up to them if they could they'd be free. And of course they offer a paintkit free to use and free of charge.

If you got a whiff of BS from that, don't worry I did too. 7 useless points that utterly insult myself as someone who has made liveries before AND every other livery artist. If CS doesn't make money off you, you dont matter.
