If your OS is Vista/Win7/Win8, try reinstalling both the 757 and 767 using "Run as administrator" (see image below). Choose the Repair option when given the choice to "Repair" or "Remove". See if that gets them working.

If not, then you need to try doing a full uninstall and reinstall which includes the removal of the windows registry entry, as explained in KB #685.

Check-in to Your Profile > Product > Customer Support > Search KB or Submit New Ticket. Do a search for #685 (without the #).

Hope this helps

1. Only delete the 767 entry. If you delete both of the 777 entries, you will need to reinstall it to fly it.

2. Your installer might be corrupt! Yes. it does happen. Check-in to Your Profile > Product > Extended Download Service > Get New Links - and download it and install from the new downloaded file.

3. Maybe your Anti Virus software is interfering with the installation. If you were to turn it of for the few minutes it will take to install the 767, it might install okay.

4. Try installing using Manual Offline Activation (instead of the Online Activation). I do this all the time now. You DO NOT need to use another computer connected to the internet to do a Manual Offline Activation. AND take note of the web address on the final screen of the installer. It tells you where to go to do the Offline Activation - In case you forget, here is the Web address: http://www.captainsim.com/activ/offline.php.

How do i get the new links again.

Check-in to Your Profile > Product (767 Captain (767-300 Base Pack)) > Extended Download Service > Get New Links
One you click on the GET NEW LINKS button, you will be provided new links for every product you bought with that order. Download the new file(s) and install from those newly downloaded file(s).

In case you miss it, there is a link attached Your Profile (above) that will take you here: http://www.captainsim.com/support/, where you use you Order Number to check-in. Hope this makes it clear for you. ;)
