As some of you might know from some of my posts, the 767 is right now my favourite CS addon. I simply love this airplane, and even more on its -200 version, my trusty companion on my 6000nm+ legs.

The 767 still doesn't feature high resolution texturing and so i decided to "give it a hand" in this department. I have started with the only repaint i made for the 767 until now, the Malev 767-200 HA-LHB, and i am doubling the resolution of the exterior textures. So, my original paint features 1024x1024 textures and this one will feature 2048x2048 textures, making it look much better. I am also taking the chance to enhance the repaint which had a few errors, so it will be more faithful to the original.

I have added new door details, new windows, and as time permits i will be adding even more details to the base paintkit which i might use to paint a few more liveries, so scarce on the 767-200 and even on the 767-300. The final result will be a much better looking 767 exterior, near the quality of the recently released 777 model.

I am using graphics from here and there that can be found on the internet, i hope i'm not breaking any 'paintkit rules', if there are any. It's not my intention to release a new paintkit anyway (just the repaints), so i don't think there is a problem.

I will post some pictures of the Malev soon (yeah, one of my favourite liveries), and more will follow probably. That Spirit of Delta is calling my name :P

High-res textures sound great, thank you for the dedication/effort. I love high-res and details!

These pictures didn't come out as i expected (should have zoomed in more), but the new detail is there, apart from the fixes. When you zoom into the plane, the detail will still be there, instead of getting blurry.

Anyway, this is still WIP, i hope to start the Delta livery in high resolution soon and improve more aspects of the texturing. Hope i can manage it, wish me luck  :P

That's looking good so best of luck... it must be quite difficult, well, based on what people say about the CS 767 Repaint Kit (and the lack of liveries)
I'd learn to do it and make my dream El Al, etc. liveries but I barely have time to fly short hops so learn to do it and do it is now not for me.
