There are a lot of You tube videos that take you through the steps of the FMC and flying the plane in general. Just type in "Captain SIM 767 tutorial". Some are very good and some aren't. Anyway, that's how I learned it. Hard to follow the manual in a practical sense to learn how to fly the plane.
