When you first loaded the 767 into FSX, was the IAS/MACH Indicator displaying 000 and the Altitude Indicator displaying 00000? I ask because your OH panel looks similar to what mine does when that happens.

If they are, the 767 not functioning correctly. Reload the 767 (ALT > Aircraft > Select Aircraft > OK) and the IAS/MACH Indicator should then display 200 and the Altitude Indicator should display 10000. When that happens, you are good to go with a flight.
