It's an Orbx FTX, not sure which airport it is, though it looks like Canberra (YSCB). I haven't reinstalled my Orbx YMML, YSCB,YMAV & YSCH yet (after doing a complete reinstall of FSX/ACCELERATION), I think it is time to do so. ;)

I've always enjoyed the livery on the CC-137, very creative for a military scheme.
