i hit fire extinquiser in mid air, how to restart the engine?

After pressing a Fire Extinguisher in mid air, I don't think you can. But there is no harm in trying to restart it.
According to the Manual (�707 Captain� FLIGHT MANUAL Part II � Aircraft and Systems, page 45, O06. ENGINE START CONTROL PANEL), switch the Engine Start Control Switch, for the engine not running, to FLT ST - FLIGHT START (always armed).
